In 1995, we began keeping bees in Tipton County.  We started with seven colonies, showing our interest in beekeeping as only a mere hobby. However, as our number of colonies inflated over the years, beekeeping has grown from a hobby to a sideline business.

We only sell raw and unprocessed honey from our colonies; thus, it is never cooked.  Our honey is never filtered, so it has all the pollen.  Our bees are located on several farms in Tipton County, which produce different colors and flavors of honey throughout the year. Our honey is never blended which is why we guarantee the honey comes directly from the hive to you. By not blending our honey, we are able to provide diverse colors and flavors of honey. The nectar the bees make into honey includes (but is not limited to) apples, peaches, pears, soybeans, cotton, clover, and wild flowers.

Our honey is available only in a few small retail outlets; one being “The Memphis Farmer’s Market” which is our favorite outlet. We are in our fourth year as vendors. Not only are we vendors, but we are customers who enjoy purchasing the local fresh produce at the market. We enjoy answering any and all beekeeping questions from the public and we hope to see ourselves as members of “The Memphis Farmer’s Market” for many years to come.
